We appreciate payment be made within 3 days, via Paypal.

 

This is our prefered form of payment as we receive the payment instantly & can process your order straight away, so you can receive & fit your item quicker.  We are happy to accept cheques & postal orders but this process does take time as we have to wait for funds to clear before posting (I'm sure you understand)

Posting:

 

We aim to ship items out on same or next day of receiving payment (allowing for weekends/holidays etc.) . We send via Royal mail (signed for) recorded delivery.

 

Collection is NOT an option sorry. Delivery only.

We do our best to advertise items described properly, of a good quality, a good price & delivered direct to your door in good time.  If however when you receive one of our products, you find you're not entirely happy. Well we are here & always happy to help with any reasonable, genuine complaint.

 

We accept returns: If it's our fault, we will of course accept it back & refund you in full. If it's the customer's fault by maybe ordering wrong size/colour, not reading the description properly or even simply changes their mind, we will still accept it back BUT minus postage costs & 10% handling re-stocking fee.
